PX Tooling Components are made for the demands of Heavy Manufacturing.

Hinge Assemblies are a “moveable fixture wall” that can be machined for locators that will accurately pilot a hole or segment in the workpiece. Once the process is complete, the “hinge” is opened for workpiece removal. Typically used on Weld Fixtures and other Large Assembly Fixtures these units are available in 4 sizes. PX Rest Pads are a standard for some Manufacturing Companies who also use the rugged handle assemblies to aid in positioning Can Balanced overhead fixtures. Large Clamps Straps help with reach out and with the slot on the largest sizes made for 1” studs, clamping force is significant.
