Acme Head type and Headless Precision Steel Bushings for use in many Tooling and Machine Applications are available as Standards or Specials can be made to your Specifications.
Acme Bushings are made from thru-hardened Tool Steel and Heat Treated to 61-65RC
Acme Bushings provide full length bearing surface, they are not counterbored unless requested.
Available with Finished Ground OD, Acme Bushings are also available Unground on the OD
Both Inch and Metric Bushings can be Oil Grooves and Wiper Ends can be provided per your Specifications. Clamps and Set Screws for Renewable Bushings are available.
