Thomson's 60 Case® LinearRace® shafts are precision ground to exacting standards for superior linear bearing performance and life. Case hardened to 60-65C. Stainless steel for corrosion resistance, is 440C with a hardness of 50-55C. Chrome plated steel for corrosion resistance. The ends are not plated. Roundness is 80 millionth of an inch. Surface finish 12 Ra micro inch.
