BTM Tog-L-Loc Metal Joining
BTM Tog-L-Loc is a sheet metal clinching process using a punch and die to interlock materials. This technique can replace spot welding, riveting and fasteners. Tog-L-Loc is used extensively in Automotive the joining of many sub-assemblies. HVAC also uses Tog-L-Lok for sub-assemblies.
Based on requirements of the joined materials, different methods can be used to ensure a successful process based on your specifications. Oval-Loc, V-Loc and Lance-N-Loc are additional methods of joining available from BTM, Marysville, Michigan.
